To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds are only applicable for items purchased directly from The World of Glitters.

- Inspection: Once we receive your return request, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our refund criteria.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process your exchange or refund as requested.
2.3 Damaged or Defective Items
