Terms and Conditions
As a new distributor of The World of Glitters, I/We understand and agree that;
1. Legal Age: Participants in The World of Glitters Incorporated must be at least 18. By signing the agreement, you affirm that you meet this legal age requirement.
2. Presentation Attendance: All distributors and potential distributors must attend company presentations and training sessions. Attendance is crucial for staying informed about company policies, products, and marketing strategies.
3. Bidding Agreement: Distributors agree to participate in any bidding processes initiated by the company. Bidding must be conducted ethically and in compliance with company policies.
4. Distributor Privilege: As a distributor of The World of Glitters Incorporated, you have the exclusive right to market and sell company products. This privilege is non-transferable except as explicitly stated in these terms.
5. No Minimum Purchase Requirement: Distributors are not required to make any minimum purchases. Participation in the program is entirely voluntary and based on personal sales goals.
6. Compliance with Company Policies: Distributors must comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines as set forth by The World of Glitters Incorporated. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your distributorship.
7. Advertising Approval: The World of Glitters Incorporated must approve all advertising and promotional materials before use. Unauthorized advertising is strictly prohibited.
8. Prohibited Actions: Distributors are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities. This includes but is not limited to, misrepresentation of the company or its products, harassment of customers or other distributors, and violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
9. Spousal Membership: Spouses may hold individual distributorships, but each must comply with the same terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Spouses may not combine accounts or benefits. As a general rule, should my spouse join “The World of Glitters,” my spouse shall automatically be under my sales team structure. Otherwise, it shall constitute a violation of the company’s policy on the cross-line provision.
10. Transferable Agreement: This agreement is transferable only to immediate family members, such as spouses, children, or parents. Any transfer must be approved by The World of Glitters Incorporated.
11. Policy Modification: The World of Glitters Incorporated reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Distributors will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Tax Compliance: Distributors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal tax regulations. The World of Glitters Incorporated will provide the necessary tax documentation, but it is the distributor’s responsibility to file and pay any applicable taxes.
13. Non-Transferable Sponsor: A distributor’s sponsor is non-transferable. Distributors must remain under the guidance of their original sponsor unless otherwise approved by the sponsor and the company.
14. No Refund Policy: All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Distributors are encouraged to thoroughly understand the products and policies before making any purchases.
15. Independent Contractor Status: Distributors are independent contractors and not employees of The World of Glitters Incorporated. As such, they are responsible for their own business activities, expenses, and tax obligations.
16. Bonuses and Compliance: Eligibility for bonuses and incentives is contingent upon compliance with all company policies and performance metrics. The World of Glitters Incorporated reserves the right to withhold bonuses in cases of non-compliance.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the guidelines set forth by The World of Glitters Incorporated.
